The hotel was really comfortable and convenient. It is located near to most of the historical/Biblical places - and was a few meters from the Zion square. The old city Jaffa gate was a few minutes walk from the hotel. Then Mahne Yehuda market was also at a walking distance. I walked around Jerusalem - and it was just perfect that all the Biblical places were SO closeby. The hotel was clean and the staff was good. The breakfast was nutritious and healthy, with a lot of options. Perfect breakfast. Overall the hotel was just perfect value for money. The views outside the hotel were not flattering. But that is okay, since it was right by Zion Square with so many restaurants/eateries and shopping outlets. Honestly, it was more than I expected.

I needed a hotel which was quiet and dark so not to be woken from the morning sunlight and Eyal hotels have rooms with this description. On each floor they have a few quiet rooms, the window has no view and no natural light. The room was very quiet as there was no sound of traffic. It was pitch black with the curtains closed. This was perfect for me. Breakfast was nice, lots of salads to chose from. The private car park was amazing. The staff were really helpful and friendly.

Suzanne

We stayed Friday through Saturday at the hotel, and ate Saturday morning breakfast and lunch at the hotel. The staff was extremely professional and helpful, the facilities are well maintained, and the food was delicious and plentiful. We were even able to comfortably park in the hotel's parking lot. As we are Shabbat observant, the hotel was able to cater to all our needs (Shabbat elevator, keys, and meals). Highly recommended and looking forward to our next stay!

Maxwell

Lovely breakfast offered in the hotel with a large selection of cheeses, salads, eggs (both scrambled and boiled), shakshuka, breads, hot and cold drinks, Muesli, yoghurt and much more. Bed was very comfortable, room was clean. Fantastic location and helpful staff. There is a manual key offered for those who observe the Sabbath.

Jamey (Jamal), the reception manager was EXCELLENT. Very helpful and efficient about everything. The breakfast is very good. Overall, it's a nice hotel in a great location, and it's a fair price for the location. I would say it's good value for the money. I would stay there again.
